"This was a great place to live, it is close to ASU, the 202, Sky Harbor and tempe Town Lakes. Though despite being close to ASU and downtown Tempe, I have never had an issue with drunk college kids, nor have I ever seen the police in the area (aside from patrolling the streets). I'd go for walks at 10,11 at night and never felt likeI was in danger. The management staff is extremely helpful, nice and is a wealth of information. Not to mention, you have a great view of the fireworks at Tempe Town Lakes and ASU.
The only reason I left is due to the fact that they donot allow dogs. My girlfriend and I decided to live together and since she had a Yorkie, we had to look elsewhere.
If you are looking for a quiet, cozy place to call home, I would definitely recommend Southbank. "--Kajetta
